I am a recruiter for Microsoft Search and adPlatform group. When I was a little girl I didn't say "Mommy, I want to be a recruiter when I grow up." but now I can't think of a more interesting way to make a living. I live in Southern California with my family and my pets. My husband builds custom furniture and stained glass after having "retired" from software engineering in 2001. My "9 going on 40" daughter is an actress in a local musical theatre group and is homeschooled. In my "free" time I am responsible for costuming the shows for Metropolitan Educational Theatre Network. Call me crazy but it is fun to spend weekends working with hundreds of kids! Oh, yea -- I mentioned my pets. Officially, we have an 11 year old black lab, a "rescued" black cat (who owns the place), and a mouse named Spot. Unofficially we have road runners, quail, suicidal bunnies, scorpions, tranatulas, lots of snakes, and coyotes living in our back yard. It sure makes cleaning the skimmer basket on the pool interesting!
